Hand Reflexology Course

Hand Reflexology is a powerful stand-alone therapy and can also be used to complement traditional Foot Reflexology treatments. Whether you are beginning your reflexology journey or expanding your existing skills, Hand Reflexology is an invaluable addition to any professional practice.

Each hand contains reflex points that correspond to every area of the body. By applying gentle, precise pressure to these points, Hand Reflexology aims to encourage the body's natural healing processes, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation. Many people report improved sleep and an increased sense of wellbeing following a treatment, creating the ideal environment for the body to rest, restore, and heal.

One of the greatest advantages of Hand Reflexology is its accessibility. As the hands are easy to reach, it provides an excellent alternative when Foot Reflexology is not appropriate or practical. It is also an ideal self-care therapy, allowing clients to continue supporting their own wellbeing between treatments.

For those who are uncomfortable having their feet touched, Hand Reflexology offers the opportunity to experience the many benefits of reflexology through an equally gentle and effective approach. It is also particularly valuable when Foot Reflexology cannot be performed, such as in cases of verrucas, athlete's foot, injuries, fractures, or other conditions affecting the feet.​

• Places on preferred courses can only be secured on receipt of deposit.

• Due to demand, deposits and fees are non-refundable.

• Payment plan dates are non-negotiable.

• Students will be notice by email of payment due dates and failure to make full payment could result in your place on the course being removed.

• Course places are strictly limited so we advise students to book a place early.

• This is a comprehensive course and students do not need to have prior experience or training in reflexology.
