Our Reflexology Refresher Course has been specially designed for qualified reflexologists who would like to rebuild their confidence, refresh their practical skills, and return to practice with renewed enthusiasm.
Whether you have taken a break from treating clients, would like to update your techniques, or simply feel that you would benefit from more hands-on practice, this two-day workshop provides the ideal opportunity to reconnect with your training in a supportive and professional environment.
Throughout the two day course, you will refine your practical skills, improve reflex point location, revisit treatment techniques, and gain extensive practical experience under expert guidance. We will also revisit and reinforce treatment approaches for many of the most commonly encountered conditions, together with practical guidance on setting up and growing a successful reflexology practice.
The focus is on rebuilding confidence, enhancing treatment quality, and helping you feel comfortable and prepared to welcome clients back into your practice.
Our aim is simple: by the end of the workshop, you will leave feeling inspired, confident, and ready to practise reflexology with renewed skill, professionalism, and passion.

Course Content
Over the course of the two days you will:

Get plenty of practice to get your fingers moving again with in-depth revision of thumb-walking and finger-walking techniques

Explore existing and new Reflexology techniques, both basic and advanced

Refresh your knowledge on the most common ailments/conditions and which reflexes to work with to treat them

Be shown some advanced techniques to add to your treatment

Be brought through a full revision of reading the feet, zone therapy and locating reflexes

Realize that you actually have all the knowledge to be a great reflexologist

Grow your confidence as a reflexologist

Cover the importance of joining an organization for your clients to avail of money back from their insurance companies

Learn useful business strategies to help build and grow your business.
At the end of the weekend, students will receive a Certificate of Attendance and enjoy a newly rediscovered confidence to go out and practice.
