Advanced Reflexology Training for Pain Relief

This advanced training is designed exclusively for qualified reflexologists who wish to deepen their clinical knowledge and enhance the effectiveness of their treatments.

Throughout the course, we explore advanced reflexology techniques that help identify the underlying causes of pain rather than simply addressing symptoms. Particular focus is placed on the nervous system, endocrine system, fascia, and the body’s neural pathways, providing a deeper understanding of how pain develops and how reflexology can be applied to support pain relief and recovery.

Participants will learn specialised approaches that can be incorporated into practice to support clients experiencing a wide range of chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including persistent neck pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, hip and leg pain, sciatica, and post-operative nerve-related discomfort.

The course also includes advanced techniques for the treatment of sciatica and bunions, together with a restorative foot mobilisation sequence designed to improve mobility, release tension, and revitalise feet that have been restricted by footwear or prolonged mechanical stress.

This is a practical, hands-on training programme aimed at helping experienced reflexologists refine their skills, increase treatment effectiveness, and achieve better outcomes for their clients.
